Penza subscribers of Megafon to have access to voice communication in 4G network

Penza, 14 May 2013. PenzaNews. Penza smartphone owners and subscribers of Megafon are now able to use voice communication in the network of the fourth generation (4G).
According to the press service of the company, Megafon was the first Russian operator who made this possible, which is a result of cooperation with the world’s major producers of 4G-devices.
According to the commercial director of the Volga District branch of Megafon Vladimir Karpushkin, the company specialists held a series of negotiations and did technical preparation work.
“Today, almost all manufacturers of devices have provided the users with a possibility to update the “stuffing” of their 4G-smartphones. We are confident that this innovation will enhance users’ interest in smartphones with 4G support, which are convenient for high-speed mobile Internet use,” he said.
To use 4G high-speed Internet smartphone owners require 4G SIM-card and tariff option providing the Internet, such as “Internet XS,” designed for all generations of network.
