Penza, 17 May 2013. PenzaNews. Over ten coniferous trees aged over several decades, were cut down by the workers on the territory of Lastochkiny Gory in Penza on Friday afternoon, May 17.

According to the local residents, last week the forest land with about one hundred trees, was surrounded with a fence, after which they started to build foundation for the buildings.

In turn, the workers commented that trees felling would continue, however, they refused to clarify whether they have a permit to carry out such work, and which department it was issued by.
