Penza, 22 May 2013. PenzaNews. Over 50 teachers from regional institutions of higher education participated in the international seminar on modern technologies of teaching English held in Penza State Technological Academy.

“The host of the seminar was a Methodist of the education department of the US Embassy in Moscow Andy Noonan, who has extensive experience working with the teachers of English around the world,” the press service of the academy told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The agency interlocutor also added that the participants had an opportunity to attend workshops on teaching listening, vocabulary extension and translation techniques.

“After the workshop, the participants received certificates,” the press service pointed out.
