Zarechny, 27 May 2013. PenzaNews. Celebration dedicated to the 55th anniversary of the city founding was held in Zarechny, the Penza region.

“The opening celebration was held on Saturday, May 25, in the central square. Parade dedicated to the anniversary of the city was attended by the students of educational institutions, the employees of factories and companies, as well as parents with newborns and honorable residents of Zarechny,” the head of the department of public relations with Media of Zarechny Tatiana Saltsova told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She noted that on Sunday, May 26, the regional stage of All-Russian mass competitions in orienteering “Russian azimuth – 2013” was held in Zarechny, attended by about two thousand people from 60 towns of the region.

“On the same day, traditional sports festival involving stuntmen took place in the central square,” Tatiana Saltsova summarized.
