Penza, 28 May 2013. PenzaNews. Over 40 students of institutions of further education of the Penza region, and members of four performance groups received certificates and presents for their achievements in 2012–2013 during a ceremony held in the concert hall “Molodyozhny” on Tuesday, May 28.

The head of culture and archive of the region Evgeny Shilov, welcoming the participants, thanked their parents and teachers who have been supporting gifted children, giving an opportunity to develop their skills.

“I also want to thank the children for successful representation of our region at the national and international competitions and festivals, as well as for the fact that their victories are a great gift for the 350th anniversary of Penza,” he said.

At the end of the ceremony the gifted children performed for the residents of the region.
