Penza, 31 May 2013. PenzaNews. The problem of shortage of teachers of English and physical education in the Penza region will be solved with the help of students. This was reported by the Minister of Education in the region Svetlana Kopeshkina during the ninth session of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region on Friday, May 31.

“We currently experience personnel shortage. And we have already agreed that from September 1 the open vacancies will be filled with the fifth-year students. During this year they will be able to get used to work, to understand that the school has changed, the salaries have grown,” she said.

According to Svetlana Kopeshkina, if they do not succeed eliminating the shortage of personnel completely with the fifth-year students, then the fourth-year students will also be involved.
