Penza, 3 June 2013. PenzaNews. Nine beaches located in the Penza region were officially put into operation.

“As of Monday, June 3, out of 12 declared beaches, all the requirements were met by “Lesnoy” and “Solnechny” in Zarechny, “Solnechnaya Dolina” and “Chaika” in Serdobsk, “Lazurny Bereg” in the Penza region and “Belaya Gora” in Kamenka. Two more beaches were opened in hotel resort “Chistye Prudy” in village Ramzay, and one beach by pond “Shilovskii” in Narovchatsky region,” the head of information and public relations division of the main department of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the region Anna Shupilova commented to news agency “PenzaNews.”

She added that in order to monitor the safety of citizens in those recreation areas, the department inspectors patrol the water bodies regularly.
