Calls of Penza subscribers of Rostelecom to be taken by Kirov specialists

Penza, 5 June 2013. PenzaNews. Rostelecom opened a distribution call center in Kirov, the services of which are available to the subscribers of 12 regions of the Volga Federal District, including the Penza region.
According to the press service of JSC Rostelecom, the center capable of handling up to 4 million calls a year, is located on 800 square meters.
“We equipped over 100 workstations with multi-regional information system that allows obtaining necessary information to provide high-quality customer service. The center is able to receive claims of the clients via telephone or official website,” the press service noted.
As the governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh pointed out during the opening ceremony, construction of the call center is a significant event for the region.
“First of all, this means creation of new jobs for young people, who will stay in the region. Second of all, in the future, the development of distance service may turn Kirov into a center of competence in terms of technical support, as well as processing data for structures of the federal level,” he said.
In turn, vice president – director of the macro-regional branch of “Volga” Dmitry Proskura explained that the opening of the new center is determined by the desire of the company to bring remote service of Rostelecom to a new level.
“The place was not selected randomly — maximum financial efficiency, technical equipment, and well-trained personnel. The world is moving towards remote service. The level of service to be achieved when the center starts operating will have positive impact on all users of the Volga Federal District because it is individual and convenient,” he said.
The call center will provide reference and information support at 8-800-707-18-00 for individuals, and 8-800-200-3000 for legal entities.
