Penza, 5 June 2013. PenzaNews. Over 500 million rubles will be allocated for the implementation of programs on providing educational services for pre-school children in the Penza region. This was reported by the Minister of Education in the region Svetlana Kopeshkina at a meeting of the main office on implementation of the decrees of the president of Russia.

According to her, in order to get the funds for the construction, repair or purchase of premises for kindergartens, there is one major condition to be met — additional places for children aged 3–7 must be created.

“From September 2013, the region will implement the project “Visiting tutor,” thanks to which the children even in the most remote villages will have an opportunity to participate in pre-school education programs,” the press service of the federal inspector in the Penza region quoted the minister.
