Penza, 6 June 2013. PenzaNews. Regional offices of two political parties were registered in the department of the Ministry of Justice in the Penza region.

“Thus, the regional branch of all-Russian political party “Development of Russia” was instituted and headed by Sergei Mishchenko. The main objectives of the association are formation of public opinion, political education of citizens, nomination of candidates for the election of the President of the Russian Federation, deputies of the State Duma of Russia and others,” the press service of the Ministry of Justice of the region told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The ministry added that one more regional branch was registered — the Russian Party of Gardeners — with Roman Khramtsov as the chairman.

“The main objectives of this organization are expression of the views of citizens on any public issue and communicating these views to the authorities, as well as nomination of candidates for elections at different levels,” the department explained.
