Penza, 6 June 2013. PenzaNews. The volume of the Internet traffic used by Penza subscribers of Rostelecom in 3G+ network grew by 2,5 times.

According to the press service of the company, in Penza, 3G + network by Rostelecom is built using modern technology HSPA + which provides data exchange speed of up to 21 Mbit/s.

Monitoring produced by the technical experts of the company demonstrates consistent quality of services based on 3G + network, data exchange speed in different areas of the city goes up to 7–9 Mbit/s,” the representative of Rostelecom told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The press service added that subscribers are offered a new range of services and options for data exchange designed for different types and levels of service use.

“This allows the customer choosing the most effective solution for unlimited daily access to the global network for sending e-mails and surfing news, as well as for downloading various sized data,” the company representative pointed out.

According to the director of the Penza branch of JSC Rostelecom Lev Dyatlov, at present, the customers can get a full range of telecommunication services in good quality, both separately and as package offers.
