Serdobsk, 2 July 2013. PenzaNews. Administration of Serdobsky area, the Penza region has announced an e-tender for a contract of finance lease of two cars with subsequent transfer into ownership.

The customer requires VAZ, Lifan or Kia, necessarily a hatchback.

The vehicles are expected to be front-wheel drive, with a 5-speed manual transmission and capacity of at least 79 hp.

A special requirement is dark color and well-heated car interior.

The initial (maximum) contract price is 768,399 rubles. The tender is sponsored from the budget of Serdobsky area.

The tender is scheduled for July 15.

Delivery of the vehicles is expected within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
