Penza, 10 July 2013. PenzaNews. 53 million rubles, allocated from the regional and municipal budgets, will be spent for mass media coverage of events related to the celebration of the 350th anniversary of Penza, in the period from 2010 to 2013.

In accordance with the resolution of the government of the Penza region “On amendments to long-term target program “Celebration of 350th anniversary of the founding of Penza in 2010–2013” as of 9 July 2013, 33 million rubles will be allocated from the regional budget, and additional 20 million rubles — from the municipality.

It is expected that in 2013, Penza will spend 5 million rubles for this program, and the regional department of Public Relations and Communications — 10 million rubles.
