Penza region fulfills plan on healthcare modernization

Penza, 12 July 2013. PenzaNews. The Penza region became one of the seven regions which managed to implement regional healthcare modernization programs in full. According to the press service of the government of the Penza region, the regional healthcare modernization program has been implemented from 2011 to 1 July 2013.

“During this period, all the funds in the amount of over 5,6 billion rubles have been spent, and public programs are fulfilled,” the government of the region told news agency “PenzaNews.”
