Penza, 17 July 2013. PenzaNews. Children’s helpline of the Penza region received 3,124 complaints from children and adults in the second quarter of 2013.

“90,7% of all the callers were children, they usually consulted on the issue of relationships with peers, and most of the parents, who made 1,12%, were concerned about parent-child relationships,” the press service of the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Demography of the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The ministry added that three people called to inform about child abuse.
