Penza, 19 July 2013. PenzaNews. The Department of the Federal Service of Bailiffs of the Penza region has sent over 2 thousand orders to the Russian Federal Border Guard Service for temporary restrictions of border crossing for the debtors since the beginning of 2013.

“Even in the case of debt repayment, a resident of the region will not be able to cross the border until a notice is received by the Border Service. At present, the procedure of restriction cancellation takes about two weeks,” said the chief expert in media relations of the regional administration of Federal service of judicial bailiffs Kseniya Pivovarova.

“In order to avoid unpleasant situations before traveling abroad, one should clarify his status at the Department of Bailiffs or the official website,” the agency interlocutor explained.
