Penza, 22 July 2013. PenzaNews. The lot designed for 500 cars is being equipped near sports and entertainment complex “Diesel-Arena” in Penza.

According to the press service of the city administration, the parking lot will be available for the guests of the ice palace and it is constructed as a part of the project of the duplicate road of Okruzhnaya [Ring Road].

“The length of the duplicate road will be almost 3 km,” the press service noted.

According to the deputy production director of ABZ-1 [asphalt plant] Alexander Gedzura, the duplicate road will lessen the traffic density of Okruzhnaya Road and will let the traffic stream out to Arbekovo shortening the distance.

The works are scheduled until August 20.
