Penza, 23 July 2013. PenzaNews. Motor rally “Moscow — Beijing” will run through the Penza region in September–October 2013 as a part of the Year of Chinese tourism.

“The Penza region has become a part of the first stage of the rally, the length of which will be 3,760 km,” said the press service of the department of culture and archive of the region.

The department clarified that the main purpose of the rally is to expand the geography of tours for foreign tourists on the territory of the Russian Federation, the activities planned as a part of the rally, will allow revealing the tourism potential of the regions of the Russian Federation for the citizens of China and the world community.

“The guests are planned to be accommodated in hotel resort “Chistye Prudy” which established itself as the first and so far the only camping area to accommodate car-tourists after welcoming autocade “The Great Volga” held in June,” the press service added.
