Penza, 24 July 2013. PenzaNews. The sale of alcoholic beverages is planned to be limited in the stores of Penza after 21.00.

According to the press service of the regional Ministry of Agriculture, there is a bill which intends to set time limits, conditions and locations of retail sale of alcoholic beverages from 21.00 to 8.00 am of the next day, except for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages carried out by organizations and retail sale of beer, cider, mead carried out by individual entrepreneurs, when the listed organizations and individual entrepreneurs are engaged in catering service, as well as the retail sale of alcoholic beverages carried out in tax-free shops.

The bill also limits retail sales of alcoholic beverages during different holidays, such as the Children’s Day, Independence Day of Russia, Knowledge Day, Labor Day and during the time of school graduation festivities.

At present, the Ministry of Agriculture organized collection of reviews, suggestions, and comments on the bill. The results will be summed up on July 29.
