Penza, 26 July 2013. PenzaNews. The deputies of Penza City Duma considered the problems of waste removal service in Penza during the meeting on Friday, July 26. The discussion involved mayor Yuri Alpatov, the deputies and members of the working group established to verify the performance of the enterprises of domestic waste removal, the representatives of management companies, as well as the department of city improvement and cleaning.

During the meeting, the deputies came to the conclusion that it is the failures in the schedule of utility services that lead to unsanitary conditions on dumpster platforms by the residential houses in Penza.

“Being an ordinary citizen, I can tell that when the dumpsters are emptied every day according to the schedule, there is no problem. Therefore, if the utility waste removal organization is unable to cope with the task, let’s announce a tender and choose someone else,” the deputy chairman of Penza City Duma Zhigansha Tuktarov concluded.
