Penza, 6 August 2013. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev instructed the Minister of Health of the region Vladimir Stryuchkov to form a working group to verify the legitimacy of freshmen enrolment in medical school.

“We need to check the medical school and find out who was admitted to it – at the expense of our money, and federal funds. We are currently building apartments for young professionals in Kuznetsk, Kamenka, Serdobsk, but they do not return there after graduation from the medical institute,” Vasily Bochkarev said during an operational meeting on Tuesday, August 6.

According to the head of the region, people are actively discussing this topic on the Internet.

“Check the correctness and legality of the enrollment of students, so that we could tell the civil society who was admitted to this institute,” the governor stated.
