Vasily Bochkarev improved his positions in information transparency rating

Penza, 6 August 2013. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev climbed from 28th to 26th place in a rating of information transparency of heads of the regions, made by “National service of monitoring” as of the end of July 2013.

According to the study, the coefficient of information transparency of the regional head amounted to 0,4563 points.

The leader is the governor of the Novgorod region Sergey Mitin with the coefficient of 0,7814. The second place belongs to the head of the Vologda region Oleg Kuvshinnikov – 0,6272, the third place occupies the head of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug Natalia Komarova with 0,6104.
