“This is a very fast, safe and efficient way of processing the loan, which allows customers to enjoy flexible solutions without leaving home,” he said.

As the press service of the bank told news agency “PenzaNews,” it is very easy to complete a loan application even for novice users.

“In order to complete it, you need to go to the bank’s website and select “Application Form for a Loan.” The procedure consists of three steps: filling the general information, primary data and additional information. Based on this questionnaire, the bank will take a decision. After that, the employee will contact the customer and tell him the result. If a loan is granted, the client will be instructed which documents are needed to sign a contract,” the financial institution explained.

The bank also added that the new service would help the customers to save time.

“Filling the application takes about 5–10 minutes; then after the approval of the loan, the client needs to visit the bank once,” said the press service.
