Penza, 9 August 2013. PenzaNews. Olga Fedoseyeva was appointed rector of Penza Institute of Education Development.

“I have held a conciliation commission to establish the Joint Institute for Regional Development (working title). Olga Fedoseyeva was appointed to the position of rector,” the head of the governor’s staff department and the government of the region Viktor Rubtsov wrote in his microblog on Twitter on Friday, August 9.

He has previously reported that the Institute of Regional Development, which is being created in the Penza region, is scheduled to start operating in 2013.

It is expected that the new facility will bring together five departmental educational institutions operating in the executive branch of the Penza region, including educational courses at the regional government.
