Penza, 14 August 2013. PenzaNews. Togliatti mayor Sergei Andreev thanked the governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev for the expansion of inter-regional relations in the field of education.

According to him, heads of Togliatti educational institutions prized the experience of Penza colleagues who they met during the training courses organized on the basis of Penza Institute for Educational Development (PIED) in June 2013.

“Pedagogical community of Togliatti is grateful for the valuable professional learning content,” the letter says.

As the press service of the regional government told news agency “PenzaNews,” 150 trainees from Togliatti took refresher course on the basis of PIED.

“Their program included studying the experience of “Yablochkov” industrial park, business incubators, educational institutions, as well as programs and projects that promote the involvement of children and young people in innovation,” the press service said.
