Penza police officers to be guided by list of 50 sites tracing debtors

Penza, 16 August 2013. PenzaNews. Federal Bailiff Service of Russia compiled a list of 50 Internet resources recommended for use when tracing debtors in all regions of the country, including the Penza region.

As the chief expert in media relations of the regional administration of Federal service of judicial bailiffs Kseniya Pivovarova told news agency “PenzaNews,” earlier bailiffs had already used social networks for this purpose and sometimes it was helpful.

“Now the list includes not only such popular resources as Odnoklassniki, VKontakte, Moi Mir, V krugu druzei, Moi krug, but also ICQ, Skype, QIP and public procurement portal. In addition, the technology of search for people by their data and photos was created,” she said.

She also added that the list complied by the Federal Bailiff Service includes popular search systems and special aggregator websites.

“So, the bailiffs are encouraged to use public services searching profiles and user messages in social networks such as Yoname.com or searching by photographs – with the help of Pipl.com and Tineye.com. There are also recommendations on tracing debtors on forums, recruiting sites and Russian Authors’ Society Rao.ru,” Kseniya Pivovarova explained.

According to her, the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia regularly disseminates best practices of the regions to enhance the professional skills of colleagues in other cities.

“Moreover, the bailiffs are very creative and it allows them to track down what seems to be impossible to find,” she summed up.
