Presidential Orchestra to perform at 350th anniversary of Penza

Penza, 19 August 2013. PenzaNews. The servicemen of the Presidential Regiment and the Presidential Orchestra will take part in the celebrations to commemorate the 350th anniversary of Penza.

“In connection with this, the ceremony of cavalry and guard mounting at Cathedral Square of the Moscow Kremlin which was to be held on Saturday, September 14, was canceled,” the representative of the center of media and public relations of the Federal Security Service of Russia commented.

The agency interlocutor added that in the view of the International Military Music Festival “Spasskaya Tower,” the ceremony of cavalry and guard mounting will not be held on August 31 and September 7.
