Antique stylized signs to be installed in pedestrian street in Penza

Penza, 22 August 2013. PenzaNews. Six antique stylized signs will be installed in Moskovskaya St in Penza by Monday, September 2.
According to the chief architect of the city Dmitry Polishko, these signs are designed to give certain charm to one of the central streets of Penza, which is the hallmark of the city.
“The new signs are forged elements with old pictures of the nearby objects and their historical names,” he said, noting that this information will be of interest for both the city residents and its visitors.
For example, the city trading center “Empire” — with the help of the sign the passersby will find out where the first stationary circus used to be found.
“I believe it will be of great interest for the citizens comparing the past and the present,” the press service of the City Hall quoted the chief architect of Penza.
