Penza, 27 August 2013. PenzaNews. Yuri Ruzlyaev was introduced to the governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev as the Chief of the regional Police Department. This was announced by the head of the governor’s staff department and the government of the region Viktor Rubtsov on Tuesday morning, August 27.

He noted that the candidacy was presented by the Deputy Head of the Department of Civil Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

Yuri Ruzlyaev was born in village Savinki, Narovchatsky area, the Penza region, on July 23, 1965. Prior to being appointed the Chief of Police of the Penza region, he headed the department of licensing activity of the Central Administrative District of Moscow.
