Kuznetsk, 29 August 2013. PenzaNews. Two banners with the numbers of the working and mobile phones of mayor Sergei Zlatogorsky will be installed at the city entrances of Kuznetsk, the Penza region.

According to the press service of the city administration, the banners will also contain information about the official website of the City Hall and the e-mail address of Sergei Zlatogorsky.

“In addition, the banners bare the slogan “Do not waste your time! Invest in Kuznetsk,” the press service added.

The mayor's office noted that these billboards are installed as a part of the order of the governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev, who demanded that the banners with phone numbers of officials should appeare at the entrance of each regional center.
