Penza, 2 September 2013. PenzaNews. A three-meter fiberglass coat of arms of the Penza region was installed on the facade of the building of the regional government in Moskovskaya Street.

The construction is made in the same color as that of the columns of the building and has a matt surface.

The coat of arms is an image of three sheaves intertwined with ribbons on a heraldic shield. The shield has a Russian imperial crown on top and is surrounded by a ribbon of the Order of Lenin.

As news agency PenzaNews reported earlier, the fiberglass coat of arms was made in the workshop of the graduate of art school named after K. Savitsky, sculptor Vladimir Trulov.

870 thousand rubles were allocated for these purposes from the budget of the region.
