Penza, 4 September 2013. PenzaNews. The Department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Penza region announced an e-tender for a contract on cigarette supply for the shops of state funded institutions.

According to information published on the official state procurement website, the state customers are the regional department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, correctional colony No. 1, No. 4, No.5, No.7, No.8, medical correctional facility No.6, penal colony settlement No. 12, and investigating detention facility No. 1.

The initial (maximum) contract price is 9,017,980 rubles. The funds are allocated from the federal budget.

According to the documentation, the customer requires 18,700 packs of “Winston Lights Blue,” 32,100 of “Petr I Standard,” 7,000 of “Troika,” 13,300 of “Saint George 7,” 110,900 of “Saint George 9,” 2,000 of “Parliament Night Blue,” 1,600 — Kent Futura 8,” 2,300 — “Chesterfield Red,” 20,000 — “Java Gold Classic,” 20,800 — “LD Red,” and 3,400 packs of cigarettes without filter.

The tender is scheduled for September 30.
