Penza, 4 September 2013. PenzaNews. State Budget Institution of Culture “Penza Regional House of Folklore” signed a contract with Dmitry Malikov, who is to perform at a concert dedicated to the City Day.

According to the information published on the official state procurement website, the contract price is 1,060 thousand rubles. The contract is funded by the department of culture and archive of the Penza region.

As news agency PenzaNews reported earlier, the Russian singer, pianist, composer and producer Dmitry Malikov will take part in a festival program, which is to be held on Lenina Square in Penza from 17.00 to 19.00 on Sunday, September 15.

It is expected that another famous Russian singer Sergei Penkin who was born in Penza, will also take part in the concert.
