Penza, 11 September 2013. PenzaNews. Police Major General Alexander Kasimkin was dismissed from the position of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region.

The decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

According to the press service of the Kremlin, the document came into force last Tuesday, September 10.

Currently the acting head of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is Police Colonel Yuri Ruzlyaev.
