Penza, 11 September 2013. PenzaNews. A residential building with 120 apartments for orphans in Clara Zetkin Street in Penza will be constructed by JSC “Penzastroy.”

The corresponding contract for the amount of 121,170 thousand rubles was signed between the company as a general contractor and the department of capital construction of Penza.

According to the document, a copy of which is available to news agency “PenzaNews,” the contract price was determined on the basis of the total area of 120 apartments at 28,850 rubles per 1 sq. meter of housing.

The project is financed from the federal and regional budgets.

The contractual work must be completed by December 25, 2013.

However, in accordance with paragraph 5.6, the contractor is obliged to commission all the apartments fully finished before March 30, 2014.

The finishing work should include: wall-paper, painted ceilings, linoleum on the floor, front and interior doors, electric cooker, bathroom and lavatory equipment, heated towel rails, water meter, electrical wiring with switches and sockets, as well as glazed tiles on the floor and walls 1,6 meters up in the bathrooms.
