Penza, 24 September 2013. PenzaNews. The association of saffron milk cap manufacturers was official registered in the department of the Ministry of Justice of the Penza region.

“As the objectives of the non-profit organization, they announced promotion and effective functioning of the Russian agricultural sector and industries related to production, processing and marketing of products made of saffron milk cap,” the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Justice told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The ministry also clarified that the executive director of the association of saffron milk cap manufacturers became the head of the laboratory of Penza Agricultural Research Institute Alexander Kabunin.
