Penza, 1 October 2013. PenzaNews. The state program “Regional policy, civil society development in the Penza region for 2014–2020” was accepted by the regional government act signed by the governor Vasily Bochkarev.

According to the document, the copy of which is available to news agency “PenzaNews,” the amount of the state program budgetary provision is 1,749,501,4 thousand rubles.

The ministry of public relations and mass communications is the responsible agent.

The state program purpose is the realization of the region policy in the Penza region of creating conditions for development of civil society, “human capital,” charity, mass media, local self-government and municipal services, as well as for the administrative barriers reduction and socially oriented non-commercial organizations support.
