Penza, 2 October 2013. PenzaNews. Director of LLC “Clinicodiagnostic center “Mediclinic-Prof” Inna Perevoznyuk asked news agency PenzaNews to clarify the reason why it wrote about the company’s inspection.

“I am asking you to clarify which official data you used and under which legal act you placed the information about the results of the “LLC “CDC “Mediclinic-Prof” planned inspection”, says the letter addressed to the editor-in-chief Pavel Polosin signed by Inna Perevoznyuk and received on Wednesday, October 2.

The day before the CDC “Mediclinic” representative Lada Obolevskaya responsible for the company promotion expressed her dissatisfaction with the news concerning violations found by the local Federal Service for the Supervision of Public Health and Social Development specialist in the Penza region in the course of a planned on-site inspection.

She said that on Tuesday, October 1 Federal Service for the Supervision of Public Health and Social Development representative should have called news agency to remove the news article, since it is ineligible to use the department information without its approval. However, the news agency received no phone calls.

In the meantime, as news agency PenzaNews reported earlier, Federal Service for the Supervision of Public Health and Social Development specialists in the Penza region detected violations in LLC “CDC “Mediclinic-Prof” work during the planned on-site inspection.

In particular, according to the department, chairman of the medical panel for temporary incapacity examination was not trained for the position, which is a breach of Article 59 of law “On the Fundamentals of Public Health Protection in the Russian Federation.”

Subsequent to the results of the control activities LLC “CDC “Mediclinic-Prof” is required to remedy the violation by Friday, October 18.
