“According to the investigation, in August 2013, the defendant issued a medical examination form, certified by her signature and the medical establishment seal, to her familiar without medical clearance. The woman, being the Chairman of the Medical Committee, knew that her friend was a school bus driver and that he had vision problems. However, she asked her colleagues to mark in the certificate that there were no restrictions to driving a vehicle,” senior assistant manager of the regional investigative department of the RF IC on media relations Lyudmila Fomina told news agency PenzaNews.

She said that the given certificate allowed the man to drive vehicles of B, C and D categories, although he is eligible ho have B category driving license only, and he cannot transport passengers for health reasons.
