Penza, 8 October 2013. PenzaNews. The proactive campaign “Beware of Frauds” started in the Penza region on Tuesday, October 8.

“The main task we stated is to eliminate fraud in the territory of the region,” the deputy police head of the Regional Ministry of Internal Affairs Nikolay Sarmin commented on the necessity to conduct such campaigns.

The Ministry department press service told news agency PenzaNews that all the Penza police personnel was involved in the campaign.

“Staff members of internal affairs agencies developed cautionary memory cards with the most common methods of fraud described. These memos will be placed in houses, banks, trading organizations, where cashpoints and express payment terminals are situated. Besides the police had preventive talks with elderly people, who are most likely to become victims of fraud,” the department added.
