Penza, 18 October 2013. PenzaNews. Penza residents with social activism will be participants of the “Youth for clean city” campaign, which will start of Monday, October 21.

“Sanitary patrol, consisting of representatives from different youth and social organizations, is supposed to inspect city streets every day in order to reveal unauthorized dumps,” the press service of the Penza administration told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The Mayor’s office also added that when finding a garbage pile participants of the campaign will photograph it and send the pictures to the administration of the corresponding district, the employees of which will have to initiate necessary measures.
