Government spends 24,6 thousand rubles to build 1 square meter of technology park “Rameev”

Penza, 23 October 2013. PenzaNews. 24,6 thousand rubles is the construction cost of 1 square meter of the Penza technology park “Rameev” for the federal budget during participation in the corresponding state program. The press service of the Ministry for Communications and the Media of Russia told news agency PenzaNews on Wednesday, October 23.

“From 2007 to 2012, 423 million rubles were allocated from the federal budget for construction of hi-tech park in Penza. In 2013, 330,5 million rubles are planned to be invested, and in 2014 – 356 million rubles,” the Ministry office said.

The Ministry for Communications and the Media of Russia reminded that the Penza region became one of the four winners to get subsidies amounting to more than 2 billion rubles. The cost of construction of 1 square meter was taken into account while allocating the money.

“By the end of 2014, almost 100 thousand square meters of technology parks will be constructed in Russia. At the same time, square meters construction is no longer a key criterion for successful program realization. The participants of the competition committed themselves to achieving high results of the technology parks’ functioning, by 2018 they should be functioning for no less than 90%, and their budget effectiveness should be no less than 55%, and share of exports in the resident revenues – no less than 12%,” the press service stressed.

According to the Ministry, the cost of construction of 1 square meter of the technology park for the federal budget within the time of participation in the program is 9,8 thousand rubles in Moscow, 24,3 thousand rubles in the Sverdlovsk region, 41,8 thousand rubles in Mordovia, 108 thousand rubles in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
