Penza, 31 October 2013. PenzaNews. The Arbitration Court of the Penza region satisfied the claims of the Volga branch of the All-Russian public organization Russian Authors’ Society to the restaurant “Dlya Vas” (ForYou) for recovery of 375 thousand rubles for a violation of the exclusive rights to the music.

According to the operative part of the judgment , a copy of which is available to news agency “PenzaNews,” the court also recovered from the defendant the fee of 10,500 rubles and legal costs in the amount of 700 rubles.

The ruling may be appealed within one month from the date of its adoption.
