Penza, 5 November 2013. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev stated the necessity to restrict the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21 years old.

“Let’s appeal to the Legislative Assembly and at the regional level ban the sale of alcohol to persons under 21, like it is abroad,” Vasily Bochkarev said during the meeting in the Penza region government on Tuesday, November 5.

The head of the region thinks that at this age the male body is fully formed.

“And now it turns out that we harm men by alcohol in their childhood,” Vasily Bochkarev pointed out.
