Penza, 11 November 2013. PenzaNews. A supplementary office of the multifunctional center of state and municipal services “Arbekovsky” began its operations on Monday, November 11. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev took part in the solemn opening ceremony.

He pointed out that one of the main goals of creating the system of multifunctional centers is to minimize paperwork when processing documents.

“We were among the first in Russia to set up a network of MFCs in towns and areas and to prepare people,” the head of the region said.

In addition, Vasily Bochkarev recommended to speed up the commencement of departments of the multifunctional center, which are planned to be opened near the State Bearing Plant No. 24 (GPZ-24) and in Yuzhnaya Polyana.
