It was the year that marked the establishment of the oldest bank. In 1849 savings bank began working in Penza and then in other provinces of the Volga region,” the press service of the lending and financial institution told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The head of the Penza branch of Sberbank Mikhail Kisel remarked that there have been noticeable changes for the better in recent years.

The key task is to improve the quality of service; the indicator of success is the customers’ satisfaction with the quality of services rendered. Sberbank practically proves to be ready for the dialogue with any client and it is a reliable partner, relations with which are credible and mutually beneficial,” he said.
