Penza, 12 November 2013. PenzaNews. The Penza Administration filed a statement of claim to Court of Leninsky District concerning the removal of the unwarranted attic storey from the nonresidential building located at 74A, Volodarsky Street.

Earlier the technical inspectorate of the public housing of the Penza region initiated administrative measures against the owner of the building upon Part 1, Art. 9.5 of the Administrative Offences Code “Violations of established procedure for construction, reconstruction, overhaul of capital construction projects, their setting to work” in the form of a fine.

The Ministry refused to specify its size, referring to the Personal Information Protection Act.
