Penza, 18 November 2013. PenzaNews. The administration of municipal property of Penza announced the open auction to sell the land parcel of 16,7 square meters located near the house No. 120 in Suvorov Street.

According to the official note, published on the Major’s office website, the land parcel is allowed to be used for building a multifunctional entertainment and leisure complex.

The starting price is 74 million 950 thousand rubles. The auction step equals 5% of the sum, that is 3 million 747 thousand 500 rubles.

Submission of applications started on Monday, November 18, and will finish on December 11.

The auction is scheduled for December 17.

Land sales contract should be concluded no later than five days from the date the statement of the results of the bidding process is signed.
