Penza, 18 November 2013. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev sent a letter to the president of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, expressing condolences in connection with the plane crash in Kazan, which killed 44 passengers and 6 crew members.

“On behalf of all the Penza region residents and my own behalf, please accept our deepest condolences in connection with the plane crash and tragic loss of passengers, among who there was your son Irek. Grief of parents, lost their son, is endless, just as much as grief of your compatriots, who lost their relatives. The death of a loved one is always an irreplaceable tragic loss, and so in these hard days I wish you courage, strength of spirit and stoutness,” the letter said.

“We cherish the memory of those died on November 17, they will remain in our hearts forever,” the letter said.
