Penza, 26 November 2013. PenzaNews. The campaign for trapping and euthanasia of unsupervised animals started in Zarechny of the Penza region in the framework of activities aimed at eradicating rabies.

The work is carried out by specialists of the Natural Resources Administration of the closed administrative-territorial unit in cooperation with the Penza city cleaning municipal unitary enterprise.

It is expected that the campaign for trapping unsupervised animals that could be sick with rabies will last until the end of the year.

“Residents are recommended to walk their pets on a leash,” the public relations administration of Zarechny told news agency “PenzaNews.”
